What are metabolic enzymes?<\/b><\/p>\n

An enzyme is a protein that speeds up the rate of a specific chemical reaction in the cell. A cell contains thousands of different types of enzyme molecules specific for each particular chemical reaction. Enzymes have an enormous variety of functions within the cell: they break down sugars, synthesize fats and amino acids, faithfully copy genetic information, participate in recognition and transmission of signals from abroad and are responsible for degrading toxic by-products for the cell, among many other vital functions.<\/span><\/p>\n

What does the treatment with Metabolic Enzymes consist of?<\/span><\/p>\n

It is a therapy that eliminates localized fat, cellulite, stretch marks or scars. This is achieved with the work of Three protein enzymes:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  3. Hyaluronidase: Helps increase blood flow and lymphatic drainage. This together with its high quality makes it one of the best and most complete treatments for cellulite and fluid retention.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Product preparation<\/b><\/p>\n

      Extract the metabolic enzymes using a 3 ml or 5 ml syringe, each vial is ready for application, its dilution in saline is not necessary. 1 ml of Procaine (2%) can be added to reduce the burning sensation and\/or pain.<\/span><\/p>\n

      After extracting the enzymes, with a 3 to 5 ml syringe in order to make the extraction of the active comfortable. It is suggested to use a 1ml syringe to better control the amounts to be infiltrated with the 30G X \u00bd needle. You can apply topical or spray anesthesia in order to reduce discomfort at the time of application.<\/span><\/p>\n

      It is indicated to use the product in the next 5 days due to its sensitivity and it may lose effectiveness.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Clean the skin well before starting the procedure with iodine solution or 70% alcohol. For ease when using the product, design a biological mesh with a 1-2 cm separation between quadrants.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Deposit in each quadrant from 0.10 IU to 0.30 IU of metabolic enzymes. Application is recommended at 45\u00b0 to 90\u00b0 with an intermediate depth, directly into the adipose tissue. Leaving the minimum separation of 1 cm or more.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Ultrasound, radiofrequency, ultra cavitation treatments can be performed after 5 to 7 days.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Treatment Frequency<\/b><\/p>\n

      Treatment is performed once a week or every 15 days, depending on the patient’s inflammatory response or BMI. The duration of treatment is from 2 to 8 weeks.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Contraindications<\/b>It cannot be applied in patients with coagulation problems, autoimmune disorders, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, hypertension, as well as avoid during lactation and pregnancy. Avoid doing it in active infections or open wounds. Do not apply to patients who are undergoing chemotherapy or some type of biological therapy.<\/span><\/p>\n
